Nonnie has over 30 years of experience with KETO Meal planning, prep, and cooking.

Where you might ask did she get such a long history and experience?   Nonnie raised a son who has Type 1 diabetes that had a strict KETO diet which she kept to the entire time he lived at home.  It became Nonnie's and Opa's way of life and eating habits.

In April 2014 much before the current fad Opa did some extensive research on High Protein -- Low Carb diet (Habit of eating Not Fad Weight Loss) and changed his way of life back to what Nonnie had the family on when our son was living at home; a much healthier eating habit.

Nonnie's meals helped Opa in successfully losing 72 pounds in 3 months, and with Nonnie's help (KETO WAY OF LIFE) over the past 4 years and counting Opa has kept 60 PLUS pounds off.

So, YES!!   Nonnie knows KETO and has for a very long time. Not only from  meal planning, prep and cooking but scientifically for the human anatomy in order to support our son from the time he was 2 years old.   Nonnie‚Äôs KETO meals are balanced and full of flavor!
